Here is the breakdown of the responses we received:

Internal aged receivables report: 57%
Information received from Project Manager / Branch: 7%
NCS reports / deadlines: 23%
Other: 13%

What group are you in? NCS realizes that every customer uses our reporting differently, and we strive to provide enough flexibility to meet your needs. NCS can provide your deadlines to you in three ways:

1. Login to your NCS Online Services portal and view the projects you would like to see, when you would like to see them, based on user-defined sort criteria.

2. Weekly Warning Reports are sent showing all projects that have a deadline within a specified time period. Different preferences can be set as to when a notice, a lien or a bond claim, or a suit deadline hits your reports.

3. Weekly Warning Letters are sent individually, with each mail subject denoting the deadline and the project information. Again, different preferences can be set as to when a notice, a lien or a bond claim, or a suit deadline triggers a warning letter.
