Monitoring Service
Our online monitoring service is a simple and effective method of tracking your current filings to eliminate accidental lapses.
The program offers two levels of service and is available regardless if you used NCS to file the original filing.
Prepaid:
A flat fee is charged per filing for NCS to monitor and file continuations. We provide email notification six months prior to the expiration of a filing and automatically file all appropriate continuations for no additional fee. This results in a discounted rate on continuation fees compared with the Pay-as-You-Go option.
Pay-as-You-Go:
Best for creditors who generally do not continue their filings.
Whether you have 100 or 10,000 filings, you pay one flat fee for monitoring. We provide email notification six months prior to the expiration of a filing. We will then file all appropriate continuations as requested. Continuation filing fees will apply.
