LienTracker® and LienTracker® NTO
LienTracker combines state-of-the-art software technology with requirements defined by state statutes to identify and prioritize required actions.
The program calculates, tracks and manages both statutory and user-defined deadlines; alerts you when action needs to be taken; and simplifies project data exchange within your department or with NCS.
LienTracker calculates more than 1800 statutorily determined deadline date combinations and assists in determining if a project is subject to the old or new requirements. LienTracker even allows users to create deadlines from their own set of criteria, or to choose “conservative mode” if they are uncomfortable with the project information being collected from the customer or the sales team. The system is built on a true relational database system, allowing access to complete querying and report-writing tools.
The added features of LienTracker NTO allow you to prepare, print and send statutorily correct preliminary notices and lien waivers as well as certified green cards and mailing labels. In addition, LienTracker NTO has a batch capability that allows you to print everything you need for all your notices at one time, allowing for a more efficient workflow.
