Lien Direct Online uses web-based technology to calculate, prioritize and report notice, lien, bond claim and foreclosure deadlines.  

A customized web portal provides a user-friendly environment with notification parameters that prevent missed deadlines without overburdening the user with non-critical information. Deadlines are prioritized, sorted and sent to the user’s email inbox daily. Hyperlinks within the email take users to their web portal where project information can be updated; notices, liens, bond claims or suits can be requested; and projects can be searched and updated.  In addition, Lien Direct Online provides an integrated Notice to Owner solution in conjunction with NCS’ LienTracker software.
