Experienced sales professional needed to manage and grow an established territory. Candidate must be dynamic, self-directed, self-motivated and willing to become an integral part of our sales force. Qualified candidate will be responsible for selling our complete line of products and services to credit management professionals, controllers and CFO's. We will train and provide all the tools you need to become successful.
Responsibilities:
- Developing territory plan to meet, exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Penetrating existing accounts and new business generation
- Providing a clear, compelling & articulate explanation of our business value to clients and prospective customers
- Identifying decision maker and all buying influencers
- Conducting majority of client/prospect engagement via phone
- Capturing of complete and accurate information in ACT! database
- Participating in sales training, product training and sales meetings
- Attending industry tradeshows, conferences and seminars
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with at least 5 years successful consultative sales experience
- Organized and professional
- Positive, self-motivated team player
- Superior analytical & problem solving skills
- Articulate communicator - verbal & written
- Available to do limited travel in territory
- Available to work 8:30-5:00 M-F at our corporate headquarters in Highland Hts., OH
- Knowledge of the Commercial Credit Industry a plus

Programmer Analyst
Seeking a Programmer/Analyst professional with excellent technical and interpersonal skills. Successful candidate will need to develop and support a wide range of core business applications, as well as demonstrate the ability to execute several assignments concurrently. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and maintain proprietary business applications
- Aid in enhancing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting business applications and technologies through effective problem-solving, organization and communication skills
- Effectively work and communicate with business users to understand both department and business processes
- Ensure code is scalable and optimized
- Perform structured systems testing, both unit and end-to-end
- Transform business processes and needs into technological solutions
- Assist in planning of future system needs
- Expert knowledge and understanding of business functions and goals
- Logical analysis and conclusions based upon accurate business understanding
- Continuous improvement focus
- Ability to successfully multi-task a varying number of activities and to properly prioritize activities to meet business expectations
- Quickly recognize recurrent problems and provide resolution procedures
- Documentation of changes, problems, investigations, communication
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science or other technical related field
- 3-5 years programming and analysis experience
- Knowledge of an Object Oriented language, such as Ruby on Rails, PHP, or VB.Net
- Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of .NET, and C# considered a plus
- Experience writing programming specifications; performing systems analysis & design; writing program documentation in accordance w/ standards
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts & relational database definitions
- Working knowledge of source control management
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of MS-Office tools
- Ability to work with clients & co-workers, both independently & team environment
- Articulate communicator - verbal & written
- Experience developing & optimizing performance of web-based applications & databases
- Multitasking skills to conduct technical support & development projects concurrently
- Experience performing programming design & analysis w/ database applications; using multiple data storage & data retrieval techniques
- Strong commitment to quality and high degree of self-motivation
- Technical support in the financial/credit sector a plus
- Available to work at our corporate headquarters in Highland Hts., M-F 8:30-5:00
