Experienced sales professional needed to manage and grow an established territory.  Candidate must be dynamic, self-directed, self-motivated and willing to become an integral part of our sales force.  Qualified candidate will be responsible for selling our complete line of products and services.  We will train and provide all the tools you need to become successful.  Incentive potential based on individual performance.

Qualifications:
  • Polished sales skills - phone prospecting, relationship building, performing presentations, assessing client's needs & closing sales
  • Maintain & add information to ACT! database of customers & prospects 
  • Provide a clear, compelling & articulate explanation of our business value to prospective customers 
  • Probe for business pain & pre-qualify need & decision authority

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with at least 2 years sales experience
  • Organized and professional
  • Positive, self-motivated team player
  • Superior analytical & problem solving skills
  • Articulate communicator - verbal & written
  • Available to do limited travel
  • Available to work 8:30-5:00 M-F at our corporate headquarters in Highland Hts., OH
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Credit Industry a plus

Programmer Analyst

Seeking a Programmer/Analyst professional with excellent technical and interpersonal skills. Successful candidate will need to develop and support a wide range of core business applications and demonstrate flexibility by executing several assignments concurrently.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Analyze system specifications to determine all required elements are included
  • Consult with clients to gather info regarding business requirements
  • Define & document business & technical requirements
  • Support entire organization including all depts.
  • Modify existing & develop new applications to achieve new business opportunities
  • Write & maintain documentation describing program development, logic, coding, testing, changes and corrections
  • Experience developing database driven applications is preferred
Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or other technical field
  • 3-5 years experience with object oriented application development
  • Knowledge of Ruby on Rails, PHP, SQL and VB.Net
  • Technical support in financial/credit sector a plus
  • Experience writing programming specifications; performing systems analysis & design; writing program documentation in accordance with standards
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts & relational database definitions
  • Strong working knowledge of MS-Office tools
  • Ability to work with clients & co-workers, both independently & team environment
  • Articulate communicator - verbal & written
  • Experience developing & optimizing performance of web-based applications & databases
  • Multitasking skills to conduct technical support & development project concurrently
  • Experience performing programming design & analysis w/ database applications; using multiple data storage & data retrieval techniques
  • Available to work at our corporate headquarters in Highland Hts., M-F 8:30-5:00
  • Authorized to work in this country for any employer
